Submersible Pumps

4 Inch Residential: Irrigation and Commercial:
• 5 to 50 Gallons
• 1/3 to 7.5 Hp
 • 50 to 500 Gallons
• 7.5 Hp to 40 Hp

Submersible pumps are water pumps that are submerged in a deep well. They pump water from the well to the surface, ranging in horsepower from 1/3 to 7-1/2 HP. The more commonly used pumps range from 1/2 to 1 1/2 Hp.

Typical capacities: 5, 7, 10, 15, 20 and 50 gallons per minute.


All Sta-Rite's VIP III submersible pumps installed by Smith Pump Service are approved by Underwriters Laboratories (UL-listed). Made of durable stainless steel, thermoplastic and brass, they're long-lasting and corrosion proof. We also carry Parts and Accessories for commercial and residential well tanks for those do-it-yourselfers.
